Who you are:
As a PSR/Scheduling Coordinator for Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will act as a representative in all areas of clerical support.
This position is a Full Time, 36 hours a week, Tuesday through Friday (9 hour days).This position qualifies for a Sign on Bonus!(First month’s training:Monday through Friday, 7 hour days)
Location: Wilson Street Integrated Health, 293 Wilson Street, Manchester NH 03103
What you will do:
- Greet and register patients and notify medical staff of their arrival.
- Verify current address, insurance status and emergency contact.
- Focus on customer service, treating patients and all staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Promptly answers all phones and can direct patients to the correct locations if needed.
What you will bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to three years’ experience in health care setting performing similar work activities including, but not limited to clerical, billing or insurance processing
