Packaging Sales Representative

As a Packaging Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving sales and gross profit goals set by the company, growing sales through cold calling and developing relationships with prospective accounts, maintaining adequate margins on all business, and attending all sales meetings and supplier meetings arranged by the company. Additionally, you will help drive a positive experience with all you encounter, including coworkers, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 8 + years of experience in Packaging Sales including folding cartons and/or labels
- Capacity to work independently
- The ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, suppliers, and customers
- Self-starter and extremely motivated
- Take direction and work closely with supervisors to develop positive relationships
- Strong negotiation and relationship development skills
- Deep understanding of customer relations and customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
