TITLE: Regional Sales Manager
LOCATION: Houston, TX
SALARY: $100,000 - $130,000 Annually
SCHEUDULE: Mon - Fri 8-5
TRAVEL: Up to 80% of the time

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree and four or more years related experience; or equivalent combination of
  education and experience.
• Knowledge and experience in both traditional, manual methods of producing bakery products
  (scaling products by hand) and the modern, automated processes used in bakery production.
• Within the four or more years of experience, three of those years must be sales experience in
  one or more of the following: capital equipment, packaging materials, other industry related
  goods, or experience within the organization.
• A consultative customer service approach is emphasized, which goes beyond conventional
  sales practices and involves a dedicated focus on understanding the customers specific
  needs, providing tailored solutions, and building long-term, value-driven relationships
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

NICE-TO-HAVE:

• Engineering degree is a plus
• Service industry experience a plus
• Experience with bakery capital equipment
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with industry trends and competition
• Experience utilizing CRM tools
