Island Donuts is seeking a punctual and polite Donut baker with a passion for excellence to join our team!
Kitchen experience necessary, prep experience preferred. Recipe precision and consistency a must!
Key Responsibilities:
-Flexibility to work in evening and over night shifts
-Ability to follow recipes precisely
-Speed while maintaining a consistent product
-Execution of systems that ensure a clean environment (surface sanitation, dishes, sweeping, mopping, etc)
-Proactive thinking with team member responsibilities
-Understanding of food safety practices *FIFO*/ will be required to obtain food handler certification within 60 days of hire. Course will be provided for you.
-Will be trained on and expected to operate the following equipment:
-Scales, Fryer, Mixer, Sheeter, Proofer, Icing Table, and Donut Filling stations.
