Pastry Baker

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake cakes according to recipes and customer requests
- Decorate cakes using various techniques, such as piping, fondant, and icing
- Create custom designs and decorations for special occasions
- Ensure cakes are properly packaged and labeled for pickup or delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cake decorating area
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Assist with other food preparation tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to cook and bake a variety of cake flavors and styles
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in cake decorating
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with clients
- Ability to use a variety of tools, including knives and piping bags, safely and effectively
