We are immediately hiring an Outside Sales Representative at our Bethel, CT branch. If you have a positive attitude and find satisfaction in being a key player to our company’s success, keep reading.

The Successful Candidate Will . . . 

• Prospect restaurant and food service operations with a need for our service within a protected territory.
• Conduct a minimum of 20 daily face-to-face cold calls on qualified prospects.
• Manage sales pipeline to reach sales quota of 6 rental dish machines with company products each period or 78 rental sales each year. 
• Actively network, research and recommend related and/or additional markets for business expansion. 
• Prepare for and attend sales meetings.

• Base salary with uncapped commission earning $80,000 - $90,000 annually in your first year, into 6 figures by your second year.

Requirements: Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations: 

• Have a valid driver’s license.  
• Ability to complete a background check and drug test post-offer. 
• Be able to work in a fast paced, energetic, physical position.  
• Ability to safely drive a company vehicle. 
• May be required to ascend/descend stairs at the branch and customer locations.
