We are seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Adelvia is an independent medical device distributorship based in New England. We represent numerous product lines in the orthopedic space. We are looking for a hardworking individual to join our fast growing company. The primary focus will be the Incrediwear product line. Incrediwear products increase circulation to reduce inflammation & swelling, relieve pain, restore mobility, and accelerate recovery. Call points will include professional and college sports teams, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapy and hospitals. With over 200 professional and collegiate teams currently ordering Incrediwear we are seeking a motivated individual to expand our portfolio.
In addition to Incrediwear, you will be responsible for the following product lines:
*Thrive Orthopedics
*Icarus Medical
*Ovation Medical
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a dynamic team.
```Responsibilities```
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate pricing agreements with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' offerings
```Experience```
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in medical sales or related field
- Strong customer service and account management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Experience in business development and lead generation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
