What you’ll be doing:
- Utilize exceptional communication skills to foster strong rapport with customers.
- Act as a dedicated advocate for clients within your assigned territory, ensuring top-notch service and support.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with retail buyers, department managers, and key decision-makers.
- Effectively manage time to conduct both physical and virtual meetings with key accounts.
- Willingness to travel for territory sales visits, sales meetings, and industry events to bolster brand recognition and generate leads.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue within your accounts and across the territory.
- Demonstrate a self-starting attitude with high energy and a focus on sales success.
- Leverage industry knowledge to understand customer needs, foster professional relationships, and maintain brand loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and other necessary documentation.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Outside Sales experience
- Ability to travel throughout sales region (up to 50%)
- Proven track record in apparel sales or a related field preferred, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, employing a strategic sales approach.
- Comprehensive understanding of the apparel industry, including trends, brands, and competitor landscapes.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and other business-related engagements.
