- Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for outreach initiatives, including community fairs, and other public events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
- Recruit and train volunteers to assist with event setup, registration, and other on-site activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors, sponsors, and event partners, ensuring clear communication and coordination leading up to and during the event.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success and gather feedback for future improvements.
