Outbound Call Representative For Law Firm

This is a FULLY REMOTE JOB!

We are:

• A growing Disability advocacy firm who assists military Veterans with applying for disability benefits both through the Social Security Administration and Veterans Administration. Hundreds of Veterans throughout the country reach out for our assistance on a daily basis. We are seeking someone who has a strong desire to assist those who have fought for us and now seek assistance themselves.

We’re currently hiring FULL TIME and PART TIME Intake Specialists for day and evening shifts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive attitude with an Outgoing Personality
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Good data entry and typing skills
• Experience with CRMs, dialer system, call center technology
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Previous experience working in a call / contact center environment is a plus
• Must enjoy being on the phone and talking to people for the duration of the work day
• Highspeed Internet (at least 20 mb/s download speed) / Hardwire connection
• No Background noise while working and speaking to a Prospect
• You will need to have a Home Office or a quiet place in your residence where you can make (and take calls) without being interrupted
• You need to have access to a computer (Mac or PC) and the use, preferably, of a headset so that you can hear and be heard more clearly

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow-up, via telephone and email, to prospective clients who have completed a questionnaire requesting assistance with a disability claim.
• Conduct an interview of prospective client, including work history, health history, current health issues and current medical treatment.
• Satisfy customer needs and maintain good image for the organization
• Document and finalize call information accurately and consistently
• Communicate with management daily and regularly
• Select a shift and commit to it long term, communicate any changes needed
• Follow agreed upon standard operating procedures
• Training will be provided remotely via screen sharing as well as training videos.

Compensation:

• Compensation is $17 to 20 per hour. Bonuses contingent on number of prospective clients who choose to move forward with our representation.
• Online Training provided (Tutorial, Role Playing, Videos, and one-on-one time)
