Description

E & S Orthodontics is seeking a highly motivated Patient Care Coordinator. Must exude enthusiasm, self-motivation, and have a desire to provide amazing Patient Care and excellent customer service. Must have a dynamic personality, great communication skills, ambition, and attention to detail. The right candidate will be eager to learn and grow and excited for challenges. The Patient Care Team is the first voice to greet our patients and plays the most important role at E&S Orthodontics. Answering the phones and being the voice of our team plays a vital role in the initial experience our patients and carries throughout the duration of their experience with us. The right Patient Care Coordinator will see themself as more than just a Call Center team member, but a sales person, a problem solver, and a director of great days for our patients, our doctors, and our team members!

Job Functions

• Answer calls with a high degree of professionalism
• Make outbound calls to generate new patient leads
• Schedule appointments with accuracy and expedience
• Monitor flow of the schedule
• Email correspondence with dentists and patients

Characteristics

• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional and courteous manner
• Willing to effectively participate as a team member with the office personnel
• Committed to the protection of confidential information, records and/or reports
• Good organizational skillsComputer knowledge/An eagerness to learn on the job
• Knowledge of orthodontics is a plus
• Bilingual is a plus
