Summary:

- Build relationships at multiple levels and execute tactics that result in improved Regional customer satisfaction
- Perform support activities to assist remote personnel and internal groups as defined in the customer care and sales support processes. Daily activities include:
- Process customer purchase orders in oracle, working with planning/manufacturing to ensure material is available, acknowledging customer
- Purchase orders and ensuring customers are updated with any changes to order
- Processing free of charge sample request
- Ensuring CoA and MSDS customer requirements are adhered to
- Notifying customers of shipment details. Tracking all shipments in transit, working with carriers through to final delivery
- Responsible for ensuring internal instructions are updated for all customers
- Invoicing all European shipments via oracle
- Consignment inventory management and month end invoicing
- Process quotations for the European region
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments, as required, to complete assigned responsibilities to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Build relationships at multiple levels and execute tactics that result in improved Regional customer satisfaction.
- Support remote personnel and internal groups as defined in the Service and Support processes such as customer notification of change, customer complaints, and customer audits, as well as any other related situations as they arise.
- Drive initiatives targeted at improving customer satisfaction/perception through customer-focused process optimization and execution. Includes keen ability to make sound recommendations to improve processes and positive outcomes
- Direct customer engagement to achieve positive outcomes
- Drive documentation of customer issues and needs relative to customer relationships and service\ Perform training of basic Service and Support processes and databases to Customer Service/Advocate personnel and other internal groups within the organization
Credentials and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working toward an associate or bachelor degree
- Order Management/Customer Support experience, preferred
