The Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Support Integration Specialist to join the Training and Autonomous Systems (TAAS) organization located in Hazelwood, MO.
This position supports the MQ-25 Program and functionally aligns to Boeing Global Services Engineering organization as part of the MQ-25 Product Support Integration Team. The focus of this position will be in Logistics Integration, teaming with the program to provide logistics technical guidance to Product Development Teams to ensure Integrated Logistics Support Program requirements are met. This position provides an opportunity for a motivated individual to excel, grow, influence and shape the direction of the support program. The ideal candidate should have background or knowledge in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and/or in multiple ILS elements with an emphasis in United States Navy programs.
This is an exciting time to be a part of the MQ-25 program! The MQ-25 program is currently working the Engineering and Manufacturing Development of 7 flight vehicles and two full-scale test articles for the Navy. In 2021, the MQ-25 test airplane was the first autonomous flying vehicle to refuel a manned aircraft in flight.
This position is expected to be 100% on-site at the Hazelwood, MO location.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports the MQ-25 Program through cross-functional integration within the BGS and BDS organizations and externally with the U.S. Navy customer
Supports integration efforts associated with Engineering, Supply Chain, Support Equipment, Retrofit, Provisioning, LSA, and Technical Publications
Responsible for influencing the design of the MQ-25 logistics support system for operation, maintenance, and training by fleet personnel in shipboard and land-based environments. The logistics support system includes Logistics Support Database, Logistics Product Data (LPD) Database, Software Support Information, Aviation Logistics Environment (ALE), and the Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)
Supports customer and program meetings, major milestone events, and design integration of logistics elements
Participates in the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and other contractual documents in support of program efforts. Participates in proposal development to integrate support element requirements
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years' experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) for a defense platform (e.g. has experience with one or more of the following: Technical Publications, Support Equipment, Training, Maintenance Planning, Facilities & Infrastructure, Retrofit, Provisioning, or Supply Chain)
3+ years’ experience in military aircraft logistics or maintenance
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of MQ-25 platform or program development experience
3+ years of experience working on proposals and/or estimates
5+ years of experience with Program Management Best Practices including Base Line Management, Risk/Issue/Opportunity Management, Performance Metrics, Customer Communications, Requirements Management, Supplier Management, and/or Earned Value Management

Summary pay range: 107,950 – 146,050
