St. Charles Nissan Hyundai is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist to work with our managed IT support company as an onsite (IN PERSON) Support Specialist. You will be responsible for providing onsite technical support for IT systems (computers, printers, tablets, phones, etc.) including Level 1 troubleshooting and support as well as coordinating Level 2 support with 3rd party IT specialists.

Responsibilities:
- Handling company technical support cases
- Password reset and Dialpad phone system troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot IT problems
- Patient demeanor and a willingness to help others in need with their IT needs
- New user asset setup (computer, software profiles, printer access, tablets, phones etc.)
- Office365 administration (including passwords, 2FA, user administration, profiles etc.)
- Auto dealer-specific application support
- Maintaining system functionality by testing computer components
- Asset control, including tagging and management
- Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
Qualifications:
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must have the ability to lift 40 lbs. (printers) and crawl under desks/closets for cable hooks and wiring
- If not certified, must pass standard IT support training from Microsoft and automotive-specific applications upon the first day of work
