We are looking for a person to process web orders and conduct daily receiving timely and accurately. Attention to details is very important, watching for notes and reviewing all data.

Responsibilities:
- Enter web orders daily for all branch offices.
- Help manage order automation software and process those orders.
- Attention to details regarding customer notes and how items need to ship.
- Communicate backorder information timely to customers.
- Help resolve cost/price discrepancies and open orders.
- Daily check in and receiving of products in warehouse.
- Assist with any receiving discrepancies.
- Backup to MN warehouse.
- Miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position.
Requirements:
- Professional customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
- Proficient PC/computer skills.
