Order Entry Clerk
The role of the Order Entry Clerk at Allied Capital Title is to process all incoming orders for all branches. It is the responsibility of the Order Entry Clerk to review the order, enter the data correctly into the production software and assign the branch that will process the order. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service- both internally and externally
- Support customers throughout the title process
- Be friendly
- Listen to the message customers are sending you
- Return calls and emails in a timely manner
- Attempt to problem solve an issue prior to saying no- enlist the help of your branch or department
- Know your product- and reach out to other staff members when you don’t know
- Review all incoming orders
- Contact clients to resolve any questions about the order
- Search for prior orders on the same property
- Enter the data into the production software
- Provide supporting documentation for the order, when available
- Ensure that all supporting documentation is placed in the electronic filing system
- Assign the order to the branch that will process it
- Assist in special projects as assigned

- 37.5 Hour work week
- 8:30am – 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch
- Exceptional Amount of Paid Time Off (Accrual begins after first 90 days)
