Job Summary:
This position supports the Sales department by entering sales orders and answering client phone calls throughout the day. Team member will communicate with Warehouse, Quality, and other departments to ensure orders are processed. This position will follow all policies, housekeeping, and safety standards of BTPS.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Enter new account set-ups, orders, credits, inquires, and returns.
- Enter order adjustments as needed.
- Sends orders to warehouse through the day for processing.
- Partners with Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to resolve issues.
- Invoice customers as required.
- Reviews emails sent to company email accounts.
- Communicates with Quality Control team regarding shipping and order issues.
- Reviews various reports and communicates issues to respective partners.
- Related duties as assigned.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, NAV, QM, and ability to learn database and ordering systems.
