Description:
- Contract role to help with maintenance order requests
- enter orders into the computer system from paper order slips provided by the maintenance department
- data entry for maintenance slips will include notes, names, work completed, dates and other details about the request
- Use Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word
- Use ERP Lumens
- 2-4 hours of their day they will handle this
Other Duties assigned:
- Scan documents from company files into computer systems and sort them in the correct folders on the computer
- This work will be what they do when they complete their Order Entry for the maintenance team
Skills & Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Data entry experience
- Microsoft Office Suite/strong computer skills
- Ability to use a scanner and know how to scan documents and sort them in the systems
- Extreme confidentiality for handling sensitive documents

- CRM System or ERP System
