Operations Specialist (Ft)

Key Responsibilities:

• Log in to our e-commerce platform to review and process incoming online orders.
• Accurately pick merchandise from the store inventory to fulfill orders.
• Carefully prepare and package orders, ensuring products are secure and presented in line with Jacadi Paris standards.
• Print shipping labels and ensure correct labeling of packages.
• Assist in managing inventory by updating stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the store.
• Work closely with the store team to ensure a seamless fulfillment process.
• Adhere to all store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Efficiently process returned merchandise, including inspection, inventory updating, and restocking.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, warehouse, or a similar role is preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate e-commerce platforms.
• Good physical stamina; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours/days, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
