Summary
The Collaborative Manufacturer Logistics Operations Team focuses on contracted manufacturing partners. The role is responsible for inventory management activities at co-manufacturers and re-packers in North America consisting of inventory transactions, adjustments, physical inventories, reporting of production/shipments and monitoring processes in addition to resolving invoices. This role will be key to identify factory logistics opportunities to improve inbound/outbound shipping costs and strategies and business waste with clear engagement with CM Procurement Team and Deployment Team.
Who You Are & What You Will Do
As a Specialist, you will very closely with the CM users in managing and maintaining inventory at co-manufacturers and re-packers in North America.
You will be responsible for SAP ERP system entries consisting of inventory transactions, adjustments, reporting of production/shipments and resolving invoices.
You will also be the first point of contact for the CM User.

You can find the pattern and process in even the most complex of situations. You can turn it into a clear, consistent process map and communicate it to all your stakeholders across the landscape. You will provide JDA/SAP training and support as well as IDOC and Workflow support to CM users.

What You will Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university is required for consideration
- 2 years of experience in Logistics, Planning, or Manufacturing Operations (can be from intern/co-op experiences).
- You will need to be a results-oriented, innovative thinker, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to effectively interact with all levels of management.
- You will need the ability to work in a challenging business environment, demonstrating flexibility by managing numerous priorities concurrently.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
- SAP experience is an added advantage.
