About The Founder
Fritz Horstmann is the founder and manager of the Academy. Under Fritz’s leadership the company has transformed over 1,500+ people and the company has grown from zero to multiple 7-figures in revenue in a matter of 3 years.
Fritz has personally built marketing, sales, service, support, IT, HR, and finance teams that have generated over 5 million dollars in combined revenue through high ticket coaching, courses and events.
Fritz has appeared in multiple media publications, and has been able to amass a following of over 250,000 people on various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Podcast.
His podcast “Plant-Based Fitness Secrets” gets over half a million downloads every year and is consistently growing - appearing on bigger shows like Simon Hill’s “The Proof” podcast.
This job is remote. Preferably based in Europe / Germany.
The Goal
The primary goal of this role will be to help scale the company from 7-figures to multiple 8-figures run-rate. You will run the day to day operations of the company, be the tactical operations and execution right hand to the founder, and ultimately see to it that company initiatives are driven forward, organized with excellence, and get completed.
Requirements
Core Responsibilities
- Scaling: Support the CEO in driving revenue and profit
- Day To Day: Implement and oversee day to day business operations creating systems & procedures along the way
- IT/CRM/File System: Co-Manage software workflows, company crm, file system and website/funnel building
- Client Support: Provide support, resources, and follow up to clients and client success team
- Template Resources: Templatizing and organizing business intellectual property
- Event Planning & Execution: Plan and run various events from 1-1,000 people from front to back
- Recruiting: Recruit and train new staff members as needed
- Vendors & Staff Management: Liaise with external vendors & manage support staff members
- Financial: Manage, negotiate, & optimize cost activities
- Legal: Coordinate with lawyers and executives to complete legal agreements
Your Experience Includes:
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in operations as individual contributor
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in supervising employees
- Experience supervising U.S. and non-U.S. based team a plus
- Preferably: Experience working in Online Coaching / Online Consulting / Health space
