Title: Operations Manager

Scope: (Commander’s Intent)

Manage inventory, procurement, logistics, and fulfillment to enable revenue growth at a small technology based company. This position will require knowledge on how to manage inventory, oversee procurement from overseas contractors, coordinate deliveries of material, and manage fulfillment/warehousing contractors. You will need to be detail oriented, analytical, organized, and flexible.

Activities:

Inventory:

· Coordinate inventory tracking in the US and China as well as in Amazon FBA

· Manage and improve current process for inventory predictive analysis

· Manage Odoo ERP system for procurement, inventory, and fulfillment

· Use spreadsheet based predictive models to create inventory plans

Procurement:

· Manage and build relationships with suppliers

· Track and facilitate procurement of inventory

· Balance inventory plans with cash flow budget to optimize inventory levels (keeping products in stock and not overstocking)

· Participate in sourcing, evaluation and fabrication of new products

Logistics:

· Optimize our import and logistics costs and fees to deliver products from manufacturing facility to customers

· Manage in-house fulfillment and warehousing team

· Organize product packaging and documentation to ensure products shipped to the US will be fulfillment ready

Required Experience:

· 3-5 years experience in logistics or fulfillment

· Expertise with spreadsheet, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel

· Odoo or other ERP Management Preferred

· Subcontractor management

Preferred Experience:

· E-commerce fulfillment and logistic

· Chinese language

Compensation:

· Comensurate with experience and expertise – 5-7 year experienced professional - $60-75,000
