Keen Transport is seeking an experienced Facility Manger in North Little Rock, AR. If you're passionate about leading teams, providing a safe work environment, and exceeding expectations, this is the role for you!
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead supervisory staff to meet processing goals, metrics, and targetsz
• Manage 3 to 5 Production employees in the Assembly/Dis-Assembly Shop employees & 1 to 2 Office employees
• Ensure that adequate training and tools are provided to all employees
• Shop work consists of assembly and dis-Assembly of excavator & wheel loader attachments, including final quality checks, in order to meet schedules/delivery dates established by the customer. Also includes the safe loading & unloading of equipment onto & off of over the road trailers; including separate attachment parts as needed.
• Evaluate and establish operating procedures
• Office employees support the assembly process documentation, shipping/receiving documentation, various company performance/safety KPI's, and other items as required to support the business
• Ensure that workplace safety standards are met
• Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, business associates and employees
• Ensure that supervisory staff is cross-trained in multiple functions, and embraces a team-oriented approach to problem solving
• Develop, motivate and train all levels of employees for their professional development and future growth

Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• 3-5 years planning, directing operations
• Practical knowledge of revenue drivers and efficiency standards to deliver positive financial results
• Experience leading continuous process improvements to achieve a safe and cost-efficient work environment that meets performance targets
• SOP, MRP, TQM, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, and visual factory management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel software applications
• Ability to drive manual and automatic transmissions
