Job Title: Office and Operations Manager
Job Description: We are looking for a versatile and experienced individual to fill the role of Office and Operations Manager. This position combines overseeing hospitality services, managing office operations, and running our café and kitchen. We're looking for someone who enjoys organizing and optimizing spaces and processes. You should have a background in hospitality, office management, and food service, with the ability to oversee inventory accuracy and manage farm market activities.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and customers, ensuring their needs are met and creating a pleasant atmosphere.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate customer events to enhance their experience with our brand.
- Assist with selling products at our pick-up location or farmer's market.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment, following health and safety guidelines and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for operating a kitchen and café in Bentonville, Arkansas, if required.
- Oversee inventory accuracy.
- Participate in company meetings.
- Prepare merchandising, plan scheduling, logistics, and sales participation for farm market events.
- Assume all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Disciplined, organized, structured, yet oipen-minded person.
- Previous experience in hospitality, office management, and café or kitchen management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Compensation is dependent on qualifications and performance
