Position Summary...
What you'll do...
The Senior Manager, Operations, Design and Strategy is a pivotal role in our Dedicated Delivery organization. Responsible for defining and shaping overall strategic vision/roadmap for the Dedicated Delivery team in the context of Walmart End 2 End Delivery environment. This exciting opportunity will involve driving strategic initiatives, managing risks, and executing visual design strategies. The Senior Manager, Operations, Design and Strategy leverages strategic planning expertise in diverse business environments to identify the key drivers of sustainable competitive advantage for an assigned business line in our Dedicated Delivery team.

• You have a history of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives through to completion.
• You have proven experience in strategic planning and risk management.
• You have expertise in visual design strategy development and execution (example: imagery selection, production schedules, video scripts, workflow processes).
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You demonstrate strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
• You have a keen financial acumen and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• You have experience in business management/administration with a background in Strategy, Marketing, and/or Communications in addition to the educational experience in this field.

• Defining and shaping the strategic vision for our Dedicated Delivery team.
• Developing and implementing business strategies that align with our objectives and customer needs.
• Proactively managing risks and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Overseeing the execution of our visual design strategy.
• Developing metrics and measurements to evaluate the effectiveness of visual design initiatives.
• Presenting strategic insights and creative concepts to senior leadership.
