The Center for Sleep Medicine is a progressive, AASM accredited, employee-owned Medical Facility currently seeking a Full-time Operations Manager. The Operations Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer and oversees the daily operational activities of the company. Coordinates the human and material resources of the practice and is responsible for formulating policies and methods that ensure patient satisfaction.

Typical hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Handles patient inquiries and complaints
• Assist in developing strategies and implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations
• Oversees inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout
• Knowledge of P&L
• Assess and analyze departmental budgets in order to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits
• Maintain safe and healthy environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with regulations

Must communicate well with others, work as a team member and lead others by example and direction.

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred

Salary commensurate with experience
