The Operations Manager occupies a key leadership position within our organization. This role requires frequent collaboration with other senior managers in the organization.
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of senior operations leadership experience.
• Proven expertise in financial management, especially P& L oversight.
• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and team synergy.
• Demonstrable analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
