Operations Manager

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager occupies a key leadership position within our organization. This role oversees several operational facets, ensuring strategic oversight in both planning and execution across multiple departments to champion productivity, profitability, and growth. The Operations Manager is not just an operational leader but also a cultural torchbearer. This role requires frequent collaboration with other senior managers in the organization.

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in operations management, Engineering or a related field.

• At least 5 years of senior operations leadership experience.

• Proven expertise in financial management, especially P& L oversight.

• Strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and team synergy.

• Demonstrable analytical, strategic planning, and execution skills.

• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
