Job Summary:
Outsourced Risk Management, (part of the PCF Insurance Services Network) a fast-growing and leading insurance agency is hiring a dynamic Operations Manager to lead its internal affairs. In this role, you will spearhead the agency's day-to-day operations, working closely with the Agency President to ensure seamless functioning and maximum efficiency. As the Operations Manager you are the linchpin of our operations, you will leverage your expertise to uphold the highest standards of performance, driving the agency towards continued success and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run the agency operations with proficiency and expertise, ensuring optimal functioning at all times
- Train and mentor account managers and sales support staff to efficiently handle client interactions and support.
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Demonstrate leadership qualities by being a tough, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the agency. Responsible for both acquiring new clients and retaining the current book of business
- Maintain a positive attitude and foster a culture of positivity within the team
- 5+ years of experience in Agency Operational Leadership and leading teams
- 10+ years of Insurance experience
- Proficient with AMS360. Fluent in Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Strong Insurance Industry knowledge
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating a sense of independence and self-motivation
- Familiarity with P&C and Commercial Insurance industry standards
- Excellent training and mentoring capabilities to develop the skills of team members
- Driven to excel in a challenging and rewarding environment
