The Piedmont Group is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join our team in Hoover, AL. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of organizational & interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for problem-solving. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational activities of the company, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be a key asset to our team, by utilizing your expertise in planning, managing, and developing processes and teams. A competitive salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year is offered along with the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a rapidly growing insurance agency.
Compensation:$35,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Client services- Onboard, schedule, & communicate with clients
- Navigate clients through our planning process
- Facilitate compliant social media posts to Linkedin, Facebook, X, etc
- Tracking prospects & clients for follow-up
- Take in-bound client calls/emails/communications
- The ability to quickly pivot between administrative tasks
- Manage client appreciation gifts, Birthday cards, & office events
- Learn how to fill out applications & investment account paperwork
- Professionally presentable. This is a business formal atmosphere
- Positive attitude, tremendous initiative, & organizational skills required
