ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER- ADDISON, ILLINOIS

FULL-TIME ROLE

MONDAY- FRIDAY - SHIFT START AT 7:30 AM

CTM is seeking an AssistantOperations Manager based in Addison, IL. Individual will own all operations management accountabilities (including inventory management, facility and fleet maintenance, quality control, budget creation and management, and driver route optimization), as well as strategizing and implementing potential opportunities for the division’s growth and expansion. While working closely with sales counterparts, individual will ensure timely and efficient distribution of products. In this role, you will manage a team of Visitor Information Specialists who are the face of CTM and whose primary role is to service CTM’s travel brochure displays at places like visitor centers, hotels, airports, train stations, convention centers, and other high-traffic tourist destinations so that visitors and tourists can find the information they desire right at the moment when they’re making decisions about what to do next.

Along with at least 3 years of prior management experience, CTM is seeking a computer savvy, self-motivated, proactive, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit. Position also requires a proven track record of building and motivating successful teams, along with prior experience in logistics, distribution, and/or warehouse responsibilities.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
