not limited to:
Leadership:
- To provide responsible and highly skilled management in directing all facets of a high-volume event, amusement, food and beverage venue.
- Aggressively manage all independent revenue and expense areas to ensure profitability including continuous negotiations of all vendor contracts.
- To hire, train, mentor, motivate, supervise and discipline all FOH employees
- Set high standards of performance for self and others; assumes responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks
- Strong organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints with particular attention to detail and quality of service, ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with management, associates, and hourly employees; effectively listen and administer instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Assures that standards of quality and procedures established for both amusement options as well as for the Food and Beverage Department are understood and implemented in all facets within the venue.
- Coordinates on a day to day basis with shift managers the smooth running of the operations
- On a day to day basis ensure that all facilities, equipment, furnishing, service-ware, physical inventories and any other physical assets within the facility are properly purchased, accounted for, used, secured and maintained.
- Weekly beverage inventory, ordering and cost analysis
- Provide the guest with an exceptional service experience and be able to handle guest
- issues/complaints.
- Set goals and objectives for facility, in order to manage and execute the overall developed business plan.
- Manages, schedules shifts, trains restaurant staff and monitors staff performance.
- Participate in financial planning, tracking and forecasting.
- Allocate staffing and scheduling budgets and oversee overall expense control.
- Complete and review all inventory reports including food and beverage
- Promote a positive image of the venue by maintaining a fun, safe, clean environment for guests and employees.
- Promptly and personally address all customer needs to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Prepare, conduct, and analyze customer service surveys.
- Assist in the direction and implementation of all facility operations to increase revenue and lower costs.
- Conduct regular checks of the kitchen to ensure quality of food being produced for the guest.
- Interview, select hire, and process new employees for various hourly positions according to interviewing/hiring procedures.
- Conduct disciplinary actions up to and including terminations

Required Experience:
- General understanding of Food & Beverage division, budgeting, profit and loss statement, labor costs, food and beverage costs, and operation expenses
- Knowledge of service, service etiquette and standard service practices for full service restaurants
- Knowledge with effective food and beverage service techniques and sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aggressive, attention to detail, self-motivated, and service oriented

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
