Facilities Operations Manager, Data Center

The Data CenterOperations Manager will work closely with senior leadership throughout the portfolio on the advancement and effective deployment of standard procedures and best practices all while driving a culture of continual improvement and moral throughout the facilities team. Responsibilities You will effectively manage the local facilities workforce. Forge collaborative relationships. Provide mentorship and training that is inspirational to the Data Center Facilities team. Translate analytical and trend data that will be shared with senior leadership for risk mitigation efforts present creative solutions ideas to increase the efficiency of campus operations. Collaborate with all departments within the Data Center to achieve operational efficiency to support the overall business objectives. Implement operational best practices to increase operational efficiencies, reduce operational expenditures, and promote a safety first culture for both internal and external employees. Provide on-call support and respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations and coordinate with other critical facilities professionals to perform corrective repairs while executing incident reporting and root cause analysis. Ensure site integrity and system reliability through the enforcement of corporate standards, processes and fields, accountable to maintain a 24x7 Data Center support model. Provide guidance and set expectations based on organizational initiatives to the facilities technicians, supervisors and other facilities support personnel to implement site critical metrics and has the ability to produce and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly presentations to the Chief Engineer on critical site metrics.
