Operations CoordinatorFull-time$34,000 - $36,000 AnnuallyThe Bees360 Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing completion of all inspections after scheduling takes place within an assigned territory. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with inspectors, insureds, and agents and resolving any scheduling conflicts in the inspection process. This work includes assisting the operations managers in the supervisory responsibilities of field inspectors and reporting any concerns related to the field inspectors to your assigned operations manager.Job Duties/Responsibilities*Real-time management of no-show scenarios when an inspector does not arrive for a scheduled inspection and arrange a successful resolution. *Triage and manage any scheduling conflicts or inspector issues that compromise the scheduled inspection. *Effectively work through any weather-related issues, requests to reschedule, and any other event that might cause a delay in an inspection. *Schedule inspection reworks with the inspectors and insureds due to errors and omissions upon initial inspection. *Facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders involved in the job, including Point of Contacts (POC), insured individuals, field inspectors, agents, and internal department staff.*Confirm daily no-confirmation report and ensure timely execution.Manage and complete all assigned workflow tasks within your designated responsibilities. *Ensure inspections scheduled for the next day are confirmed by the assigned inspectors. Effectively reassign when applicable. *Convey any inspector-related issues or concerns to the appropriate management channels and document the inspector's profile. Additionally, document instances of exceptional professional conduct when field inspectors exceed expectations.*Work with all internal partners to collaborate on inspection issues and work towards a resolution that supports overall corporate objectives.*Proactively investigates and responds to escalated situations.*Fosters a positive atmosphere of professionalism, collaboration, and support.40 Hours weekly minimum required plus expanded hours when business needs arise. *Perform other assigned duties.Education and training required (Minimum academic, commercial, and technical qualifications needed for performing duties of job):☒ High school diploma/GED☐ Associate degree☐ Bachelor’s degree☐ Graduate (Master’s degree, JD, or Ph.D.)☐ Certification (Adjuster, FAA Part 107, CPA, CFA, SHRM-CP, etc.)Years of experience (Minimum previous experience required for performing the job):☒ 0-1☐ 1-3☐ 3-5☐ 5+Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerBees360 is an equal-opportunity employer.
