Regional Operations Coordinator

HealthCARE Express is searching for a driven and innovative champion to coordinate our top-notch crew across multiple locations in Northeast Texas, encompassing Marshall, Longview and Mt. Pleasant, as well as DeQueen, Arkansas and Blanchard, Louisiana. Having experience in the medical field is required but most importantly, an energetic personality that is compassionate and encouraging. This position requires extreme organization, strict confidentiality, and fantastic customer service to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve maximum staff productivity
• Manage customer service results. Work with administrative staff to ensure all issues are resolved.
• Oversee daily clinics operations, ensuring each clinic is staffed appropriately.
• Assist staff with understanding and implementing HCE's policies and procedures.
• Review and approve all timecards and requests for time off. Ensure overtime is only worked when approved.
• Assist team leaders with monthly meetings and goals.
• Ensure that all team members are performing in accordance with HCE values and expectations.
• Identify and resolve issues to help processes flow smoothly and meet necessary goals.
• A liaison between the clinics and administrative staff.
• Assist with IOS and supplies. Ensure the system is being used to its full capacity.
• Interview, hire, and ensure new staff receive adequate training in accordance with Team Relations guidelines. Work closely with Team Relations with onboarding new team members.
• Assist with implementing and monitoring key metrics for each location.
• Follow HCE guidelines related to HIPAA and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Complete monthly HIPAA and Rick Management Auditing Logs.
• Use oral and written communications skills to effectively convey ideas in a clear, positive manner that is consistent with HCE.
• Provide IT related assistance when necessary, manage urgent requests and work with appropriate personnel to resolve issues.
• Assist Facility Maintenance with monitoring of issues, securing/managing of handymen, and forwarding quotes and bids to appropriate personnel.
• Managing and coordinating internal and external referrals.
• Occasionally take on tasks outside the normal scope of practice.
• Other duties as needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and abide by our Organization's Values.

HealthCARE Express operates 16 urgent care facilities, 2 specialty clinics, and a medical billing department. All urgent cares are spread across TX, AR, OK, & LA.

Salary: $55K/year & up D.O.E.

All newly hired employees must participate in a 5-day training session in Texarkana, TX as part of their onboarding process.
