Job Description
Beach House Group, a dynamic, global consumer product solutions house that creates and commercializes world-class brands is looking for an experienced and strategic Operations Coordinatorwith wholesale and direct to consumer CPG experience to join their hardworking team of results driven, creative, fun, and collaborative people. Reporting to the Director of Operations, theOperations Coordinator is responsible for developing and delivering the day-to-day operational and supply chain processes, and other projects as assigned.
3PL Oversight:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of 3PL providers based on agreed-upon KPI's, and SLA's.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and meetings with 3PL providers to discuss performance metrics, issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers to implement process improvements and optimize logistics operations.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes handled by 3PL providers, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers and shipping carriers to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize shipping costs.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Develop and implement initiatives to optimize inbound logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
Performance Reporting:
- Generate and analyze performance reports, including sales, order fulfillment metrics, vendor scorecards.
- Identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement based on performance metrics.
- Prepare summary reports and presentations to communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
- Develop audit plans and methodologies for evaluating eCommerce systems, platforms, and processes.
Help Desk Support:
- Create and maintain a knowledge base of common issues, resolutions, and best practices for reference by end-users and IT staff.
- Document new processes, procedures, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams or vendors for further investigation and resolution.
- Collaborate with IT staff to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Communicate effectively with end-users, collogues, and management to provide status updates, resolution timelines, and follow-up actions.
- Assist in testing and maintenance of new process and procedures to ensure compliance with business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficient gains in eCommerce audit procedures.
Operations Management:
- Provide short-term support for onboarding brands including:
- Monitor and control operational costs, identifying areas for cost reduction across supply chain.
- Continuously identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operations and implement improvements.
- Monitor, investigate and resolve any product quality issues or defects that may arise.
- Assist with contract manufacturing contracts, processes, pricing, terms, and quality control standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, marketers, and customer support, to align on product goals and priorities.
- Create and maintain accurate sku database, safety stock levels, reorder points, and inventory targets.
- Issue purchase orders based on production schedules, inventory requirements, and demand forecasts.

- Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in bound logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations.
- Project management certification and Lean Six Sigma certification are a plus.
