SalaryThe Operation Coordinator is the primary contact between the Manager and reconditioning team. Now hiring in the Columbia, MD area.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for logging and tracking all work flow in priority order for use by all shop employees and communicate any issues to the dealer
- Maintain the positioning and transportation of vehicles
- Coordination of repair activities
- Manage all billing and invoicing
- Follow company procedures and policies at all times.
- Communicate to supervisor/management relevant feedback regarding specific issues or solutions to problems, etc.
- Administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner,
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Inspect vehicles for damage, suggest needed repairs and provide estimates
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.
- computer skills, including ability to use Internet and MS Office effectively.
- Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
- Strong communication and interaction skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Good eye for detail and high quality standards.
- A professional appearance at all times.
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting base pay is expected to be between $18.00/hr. - $22.00/hr. We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
