At WOW, our Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating equipment rentals, including working directly with customers and prospects. Our Operations Coordinator must be able to perform their duties independently with limited supervision. The ability to manage multiple priorities is essential for this position. Our Operations Coordinator should demonstrate initiative, resilience, attention to detail, sense of urgency, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Complete rental reservations and rental contracts
- Perform Inbound/Outbound trailer inspections.
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customers are satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving.
- Expand our existing customer base by building relationships by way of cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications
- Complete Work Orders including billing appropriately.
- Following up on outstanding payments.
- Assisting with work on trailers with minor projects (Decals, painting, etc.)
- Moving trailers with a yard truck.

- Ability to lift 50lbs or more.
- Willing to climb in and move around inside and outside of trailers and containers to complete inspections.
- Experience (or willingness to learn) driving a yard truck to move trailers around the lot.
Qualifications to aid in your success:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have a current driver’s license.
- Experience driving yard truck. (Preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft programs especially Word and Excel
