Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7)

Job Summary: The Athletic Facilities Operation Coordinator coordinates facility duties for both daily operations and event functions in Athletic Facilities. Conducts quality control checks on building cleaning, building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment, and maintains working lists of items that need to be addressed. Provides on-site support as needed.

Additional Department Summary: Provides operational support for the University of Alabama Athletic Facilities Department. Manages 17 facilities, special projects, and athletic grounds budget. Coordinates the custodial support for athletic events. Coordinates event support by UA Shops. Coordinates work orders. Manages student work schedules duties and tasks.

Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher.

Skills and Knowledge: Ability to manage budgets. Knowledge of personal computers and standard software applications.
