Job Description:
The position of Operations Coordinator is available for a duration of 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension. As an Operations Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the complete process of RMA, from the beginning to the end. This includes confirming the receipt of returns in ERP.
Responsibilities:
Review requests for returns
Enter Return Material Authorizations (RMA) into ERP
Coordinate with internal departments including Installation and transportation to facilitate the return process, ensuring all products are captured on RMA
Monitor and track returns with the distribution center to resolve issues with customer returns in an efficient and timely manner
Maintain accurate records of RMAs, including reasons for returns and documentation
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience handling inventory/operational tasks
