We have an opening for an Operations Training Coordinator. This person must have experience with various forms of communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate is organized, takes initiative, collaborates well with others, is energetic, self-motivated, engaging, and has a knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Required:
• Knowledge of manufacturing production workflow
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with diverse departments
• Understanding of the importance of quality
• Knowledge of what a transformer is and how it functions
• Ability to utilize visual aids with explanations
• Engage new team members to their ownership and responsibility to the organization
• Knowledge of different production positions, expectations
• Knowledge of BOM, ISO Web and AS400 data bases – ability to train new team members how to navigate them
• Advocate the company mission, vision, and values
• Ability to present information verbally in an effective manner
• Ability to conduct onboarding process
• Public speaking and presentation skills
• Strong organization skills
• Proficient with Microsoft office programs (power point, word, excel, teams) and other computer and mobile applications
• Acts with professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong time management skills
• Confidence and positive attitude
• Prepare weekly classroom setup
• Strong working knowledge of onboarding processes
• Previous systems/programs coordinating experience
• Knowledge of new hire processes
