Join Pilot Flying J as a Facility Revenue Coordinator!
The purpose of this job is to provide daily support to increase the performance and revenue of the Facility Revenue categories.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and compile data for budget forecast (and associated calculations and changes) for management to review and analyze
- Collaborate with the construction team and assist with new store openings, remodels, and equipment updates (e.g., laundry); order equipment and maintain ongoing communication with all vendors to meet schedules and ensure on-time store equipment installs
- Coordinate with stores, vendors and cross-functionally with Facility Services to ensure timely repairs of equipment and machines to minimize negative impact on store operations and category P&L
- Retrieve and compile daily, monthly and annual Facility Revenue reports including monthly Diamond Dealer reports, driver panel scores, FFCA reports and PFJ360
- Conduct audits and collaborate with department leadership to ensure compliance with all legal and financial commitments and adherence to processes and procedures
- Assist with planning the annual dealer conference by communicating with participants, preparing conference agendas and presentation materials, and working with guest speakers
- Model behaviors that support the company's common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
- Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum two years' experience in retail store support or company operations required
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Basic knowledge of data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with other team members, departments and different levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to establish rapport and develop relationships with key vendors
- Ability to complete work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
