Job Description:
The Client RelationsOperations Assistant works closely with Client Relations Leadership and Company Executives to execute the expansion of all communication lines of CTTI to create consistent up-stats in the TOP LINE REVENUE of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with the Client Relations & Sales Management team to plan, deliver, manage, and constantly train new hires
- Works across various departments to provide the most comprehensive & consumable information when needed
- Managing Hubspot CRM workflows and deal status for Client Support & Concierge department.
- Defines, tracks and reports on key metrics that indicate sales effectiveness ● Communicates consistent metric updates to department leaders
- Collaborates to alert department leaders pending cancellations, addendums and open cycles.
- Developing and implementing new systems to streamline standard operating procedures for sales
- Conducts periodic audits on the CRM to make sure every account is getting the proper support.
- Update, review and provide daily stats to the Client Relations Director.
- Organizes an ever-changing schedule relating to Client Relations Team • Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Client Relations Director and Executive Team
- Performs general administrative duties such as TV casting, copying, typing correspondence, research, etc., daily.
- Run basic reports & graphs from company’s CRM system
- Assist with preparation for company events
Requirements:
- One or two years in a similar role
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience with reporting and analyzing data
- Technical expert with the ability to learn new software programs
- Competent problem solver
- Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing prioritize
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
