Are you a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a knack for organization? We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team and be the liaison between our Vice President of Operations and our Lake Mary warehouse. Greenberg Dental is a 45 year old well-established privately owned Dental Service Organization
Position Overview:
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the communication between the corporate office and the warehouse in Lake Mary. Responsibilities will include:
- Keeping track of vehicles and maintenance schedules
- Handling parts orders and requests
- Managing technicians' helpdesk tickets
- Staging equipment, parts, and marketing supplies
- Updating helpdesk software with notes and updates
- Following up with vendors and offices
- Gathering data from service calls and organizing it for reports
- Dispatching plumbing, electrical, and HVAC calls
- Maintaining parts inventory up to date
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Operations Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and take direction
- Self-starter attitude
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of $25 per hour
- Full-time position with flexible hours (start between 7-10 am, end between 3-6 pm)
