SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Operations Analyst, the Operations Assistant contributes to the continuous improvement of our operations by analyzing data, identifying trends and providing administrative support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect and analyze data related to various operational processes.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to help derive actionable insights.
- Create and distribute reports to directors, summarizing key performance metrics and operational insights.
- Provide crucial administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This includes managing schedules, assisting with employee engagement, and administering internal projects.
- Assist with reporting requests and special projects
- All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites: to include strong knowledge of Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to take initiative
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work well within a cross-functional team
- Prior experience in a healthcare or administrative role is advantageous.
- Experience with healthcare management systems is desirable.
- Familiarity with physical therapy operations is a strong asset.
