Job Description
We are looking for an Administrator that can process orders and paperwork to ensure boxes are packed according to the customer’s specifications. Also has exceptional customer service skills with in-bound and out-bound experience. This is a full-time, non-exempt position located in Sacramento, CA.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide administrative and operational support to assist packers and drivers in setting up boxes and delivery routes at supervisor’s discretion.
- Updates and monitors daily paperwork and reports.
- Works with route Logistics Supervisors to ensure boxes are properly assigned to routes and drivers and verifies that routes coincide with GPS reports.
- Assists managers in making route changes.
- Prints route manifests and distributes to appropriate managers.
- Ability to work extended hours
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, and/or Instant Messaging
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and order details
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Collaborate with team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
- Scheduling drivers for their daily routes/stops
- Proficient time management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good oral and written communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- This position is a graveyard shift working 5:30pm – 4:00am.
