We are looking for an Operational Risk Management Analyst, banking responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- As part of the 2nd Line of Defense (2nd LOD), Participating in evolving and mitigating the Bank's risk Operational Risk by identifying, measuring, mitigating, monitoring, and reporting on risks across various Bank areas.
- Working with the Manager ORM to build a culture of Risk Management throughout the organization, to provide effective challenges to business units processes and controls.
- Working with business units to address control gaps or deficiencies, coordinating with Internal Audits on risk and control libraries, summarizing and reporting on results, and supporting the Bank's Model Risk Management (MRM) Program.
- Establishing risk policies, procedures, and standards to support the Bank's ORM Program.
- B.S. Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- An advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of prior banking experience with a focus on Risk Management.
- Model Risk Management experience.
