An established HVAC company looking for a great long term addition to the team as an Operational Manager.
Duties include:
Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives
Communicating with the senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects
Find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
Analyzing each department and finding ways to make each department work together more efficiently
Interpersonal skills -must communicate with both executives and staff employees in order to create and administer policy
Enhance and increase the sales metrics
Strong personal and professional judgment, which are invaluable skills for a role that makes hiring decisions as well as in finding the best solution to organizational dilemmas
Adaptability, enabling the Operations Manager to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly
Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority, which are essential to a role that juggles a variety of functions and projects
Monitor employee activities and provide guidance where needed
Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees
Implement safety programs and ensure compliance with all safety policies
Create and send reports
Coordinate staff schedules, training and onboarding
Conduct quality control tests to ensure organization standards are being met
Required experience of 3-5 years in similar operational management position

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
