Job Description:

  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Builds a structured change management framework. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.

Summary
  • This role will be responsible for HPE GreenLake change management, training development and deployment covering process improvements, tool launches, and new capabilities. This will play a critical role in developing the change management strategy, building the training & communication plan, designing the content and delivering the training to relevant internal and external audiences to get their buy-in of the change. The position will include working with a broad array of stakeholders across the HPE GreenLake landscape to ensure that all personas have access to the right level of training/awareness for their roles and responsibilities.
  • Defines high-impact, long-term (i.e., 2-5+ year horizon) management of change strategies at the corporate, business, and/or regional level. Works with and manages cross-functional project teams. Conducts rigorous, data-driven analyses to diagnose the current state and model future outcomes for business performance, focused on how capability adoption can drive better business outcomes for HPE GreenLake.
  • Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives. Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop short-term (typically less than two years) business plans and supporting data-driven models. Prepares comprehensive implementation tactics, including execution plans, resource allocation plans, follow-up guidelines, assessment, and process accountabilities. Ensures that business activities are aligned with stated plans among different stakeholders. Sets business metrics, evaluates actual performance, and makes recommendations to business leaders on performance target achievement. Develops data-driven analyses to optimize resources and ensure that business plans can be translated into financial value.

Responsibilities:
  • Focus on building and implementation of change management and training strategy
  • Build the change management content for HPE GreenLake tools, processes and capabilities
  • Keeps track of gaps in adoption and deployment resource coverage on in process projects - picks up training activities when existing resources are moved off the project.
  • Works collaboratively with Comms, Development and Regional resources to ensure that the deployment strategy is implemented.
  • Cultivates relationships with Program Managers and Geos to build a feedback loop on process, tools, areas for improvement, etc.
  • Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
  • Update and maintain change & training materials as capabilities evolve.
  • Designs templates and procedures for Sellers, Partners, and/or Customer Success Managers to leverage with customers, e.g. onboarding plans, QBRs etc.
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to develop training plans and deployment as needed.
  • Develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of change activities
  • Provide communication support.

  • Extensive knowledge of PowerPoint and other tools used for content/ video development

Education and Experience Required:
  • Typically 5-8 years work experience.
  • Often 2 years post' advanced degree experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent.
