Job Description
-Assist branches with any inquires/problems in regards to debit cards, internet banking and products
-Provides Business Online Banking support such as on-boarding process, troubleshooting
-Responsibilities in providing branch support with all operational status change requests
-Management of online banking technical support including bill payment errors
Qualification
Skills/Abilities
- Must speak Korean/English fluently
- Has good knowledge of clearing processing concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Process driven team player with a professional demeanor
- Be able to work in a fast paced multi task environment
Experience
- Banking operation related experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
