Responsibilities
As an executive assistant/office manager you would be responsible for:
- negotiating, ordering, and expediting materials for existing projects
- schedule, support and monitor technicians progress for each job
- support sales staff, managers, and technicians.
- organize and monitor all inventory
Qualifications
- proactive, requiring little direction, takes responsibility
- detail orientated, extremely organized and structured
- strong follow-up skills
- skilled in Microsoft Office and Excel
- flexibility with hours and a strong work ethic
- prior office management experience preferred

Job Type:
- 40 hours per week
- base salary of $36,000-$42,000 per year depending on qualifications
- Performance Incentives on top of salary
Required education:
- Associates minimum Bachelors preferred
- Experience in lieu of education
